50 sit ups @ 9:30 am (..vacation day from work)

10:30 am – Study God’s Word ..Reading references scriptures for the talk I have to do for Jim’s class.  My talk is on Romans 8:31-34.

Reference Scriptures for v 33/ v34
Romans 8:33 (NLT) - Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself.

1 John 2:2  2 He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.

Romams 8:34 (NLT) - 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

Reference Scriptures
(a) Who then will condemn us
Job 34:29 - * 29 But if he chooses to remain quiet,
      who can criticize him?
When he hides his face, no one can find him,
whether an individual or a nation.

(b) No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

Mark 16:19

19 When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand.

Col. 3:1 * 1 Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand.

Heb. 1:3; 8:1; 12:2; 1 Pet. 3:22

Hebrews 1:3 (NLT) * 3 The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.
Hebrews 8:1 (NLT) *  1 Here is the main point: We have a High Priest who sat down in the place of honor beside the throne of the majestic God in heaven.
Hebrews 12:2 (NLT) * 2 We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.[a] Because of the joy[b] awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne
1 Peter 3:22 (NLT) * 1 Peter 3:22
22 Now Christ has gone to heaven. He is seated in the place of honor next to God, and all the angels and authorities and powers accept his authority.
