Exodus – Joshua leads the Israelites to fight against the Amalek through Moses command
As long as his hands was held up he won
Matthew – Pharisees trying to trap Jesus with ridiculous questions and Jesus remind the people that they just want to be seen. He warned people to not exalt themselves for they will be humbled and those who are humbled, he will exalt
Proverbs – Don’t commit adultery
Psalms – He is asking God to be merciful
