The Leviticus passage is how to deal with a woman during her monthly menstrual period;
For dealing with anyone, man or woman, who has a bodily discharge of any kind;
And for dealing with a man who has had intercourse with a woman during her period.

This passage further confirms one of the reasons why women were not called to preach.
During their menstrual cycle, they are consider ceremonial unclean for seven days.
If a woman is ceremonial unclean, she is not allowed into the church’s pulpit
