10,000 Squat Challenge - Which one of my fristers will join me for the Month of June


JUNE WORSHIP, WORKOUT WEIGHTS, WALKING & WATER!!!! HELLO JUNE 2015!

Read Galatians 5:1, 24 & 2:7-9
This month we're focusing on eating and exercising. ... #1 before every workout, say a prayer (one thing you're thankful for...not the alter call one, lol) there will be a squat challenge for challengers with difficult time d/t knees/injuries you can participate in walking challenge. Both pics will be added
#2 6 days of healthy eating one cheat meal day 7 (even God rested on the 7th day)lol. Eat 6 Small meals:breakfast-snack-lunch (salad)-snack-dinner(protein &vegetable)-snack( snack 1 piece of fruit or 1 serving freah vegetable)
#4 post pounds to lose & we will post pounds lost every Monday (this will be our weigh in).
#3 drink 64 oz of water EVERY DAY!
