Review 'Refreshing Waters of Life'

1.  The Man in last week lesson (he was a Prophet) and his name was Ezekiel
2.   God gave him a vision of a temple that would be built in the future
Vision - is something you picture in your mind.. Are you awake or sleep? Awake ..You could be awake or asleep but in this case, Ezekiel was awake
Future - coming after the present time (tomorrow)
3.  The vision was a man's face, and what was special about his face, what color was his face? bronze
4.  Ezekiel saw a stream flowing out from under the temple
Temple - church
5.  The stream or water grew deeper; it started at his ankles, then it came to his knees, then it was so much water you could swim.
6.  The river gave life to all it touched and it turned the Dead Sea into pure fresh water.
What was in the water?  fish
7.  Ezekiel saw fruit trees on each side of the river and the trees would bear fruit every month.
8.  There was something special about the trees, it would be used for medicine for healing

1. God promised the land of Israel to Abaraham's descendents.
Promise - : a statement telling someone that you will definitely do something or that something will definitely happen in the future
Descendents - proceeding (coming from) an anscestor or source
Anscestor - : a person who was in someone's family in past times

2.  Note:  Good time to sing "Father Abraham, had many sons and many sons have Father Abraham, I am one of them and so are you, so let's just Praise the Lord" - Right Arm

Jacob's line gets interesting..

3. In Ezekiel's vision, the man with the shining face said in a (future) time, the land of Israel would be divided among the descendants (or tribes) of the son of Jacob.
Tribe - a group of people that includes many families and relatives who have the same language, customs, and beliefs
4.  Joseph's two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, would get their own sections of the land
Land -  the solid part of the surface of the Earth : an area of ground
5.  Levi's descendants would be Priests and relgious workers
Priest -  a person who has the authority to lead or perform ceremonies in some religions and especially in some Christian religions

6.  The man with the shiny face, explained the boundaries of the land.  The western boundry would be the Mediterranean Sea.  He also named where the northen, eastern and southern borders would be.

7.  The land of each family living in each section would be inheritance by their children.
