6 Sample Meals - No Carbs after 6 pm

This article came about because I have been asked, how to eat lean or what can I eat to have a smaller waist size???
So you have to try different things and do what works best for you.

This is what works for Andrea!

Give it a try: If you want to have a smaller waist line, burn some fat, the key secret as a LifeStyle: Is to cut down on the Sugar!

We as Americans consume TOO MUCH SUGAR! Also, when I'm preparing for a little vacation, cruise and I want to have a smaller waist line, for 2 weeks or more, I try to not eat any carbs after 6 pm.

If you do this as a lifestyle, that doesn't mean occassionaly when you go out to dinner with friends or go to a wedding reception that you can't enjoy yourself or have some desert after 6 pm.  You can!  Now, with that being said, if you are going to wedding receptions, out to dinner with friends two times a week or more..this rule won't help you!  :)

So here is a sample of how you can eat no carbs after 6 pm as a life style!

Meal One - Tilapia (grilled), Brocolli, Side Salad

Meal Two - Sautee w/ olive oil (Mushrooms, onions, Mince Garlic, Tomatoes, Raw Spinach)..it is surprisingly good -- You can eat it like this (this was one of my Detox meals) or you can add steak strips or chicken strips to it

Meal Three - Grilled Chicken Salad with all the fixings..(no croutons after 6 pm)

Meal Four - Steak, Cheese, onions on top of lettuce

Meal Five - Tuna, Cheese on top of lettuce

Meal Six - only on days you lift weights (Steak, Cheese, Eggs, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms) Scrambled.. with a little Butter..(No carbs, Toast, pototaoes) after 6 pm

Meal Seven - Grilled Chicken, Brocolli, String Beans


Every meal drink 1 to 2 glasses of water..maybe 5 to 10 min b4 you eat..it will help you from over eating

P.S. If the sweet demon is really getting you..as a lifestyle cut down on the sugar..OR do a 5 day fast of Process Sugar (Fruit juices, Kool-aid, Sweets, chips, nachos, etc)
For Beverage: Tea (no Sugar), Coffee (no sugar), Gatorade or Water
No Pop..No Diet Drinks Period
Only Fruits (raw preferably) if you desire something sweet
By the time this 5 day fast is over..you will crave less sugar

At night.. Eat 1 Tbls of Peanut butter or 1 handful of Peanuts (unsalted) or Mixed Nuts
with 2 glassess of water and this will help you feel full so you won't eat sweets at night

lastly: if you are really tripping! Purchase some Frozen Yogurt..its only 130 cal /7 g of Fat for 1/2 cup..
Be mindful..stop at 1/2 of cup!!!!
